Delivery Information


***During the COVID-19 outbreak orders are being processed on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Parcels will also be posted on these days. Orders processed on Tuesdays will be posted on Fridays. Orders processed on Fridays will be posted on Tuesdays. If a Bank Holiday falls on a Friday then orders will be processed and posted on the Thursday. Please also allow extra time for delivery. Dispatch times will return to normal as soon as it is safe to do so. I’m sorry for any inconvenience during this time.***


I aim to dispatch goods to you within 72 hours from receipt of the order. If your order is placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday please allow an extra day. Our business hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 10am till 4.30pm. Once dispatched delivery is usually between 3-5 working days. In the event of non-delivery please inform us preferably within 14 days.

Where Do We Deliver?

At present Hatty’s Attic only delivers to the UK.

Delivery Charges

Fixed rate of £4.95 per order (excluding Autentico products, handmade lampshades, handmade lamps and Hogben Pottery).

Autentico products are calculated by weight with the following bands:

up to 5kg – £6.95
5.01kg to 10kg – £10.95
10.01kg to 15kg – £12.95
15.01kg upwards – £16.95

Handmade lampshades, lamps and Hogben Pottery are posted at a fixed rate of £6.95.

You can collect any products from the shop at the Willows & Wetlands Visitor Centre in Stoke St Gregory, Taunton. The shop is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am till 4.30pm.

Hatty’s Attic tries to be as environmentally friendly as possible so I will try and reuse packaging received from other suppliers where possible.

Returns Policy

We are happy to replace/refund any goods that are unsatisfactory for your use, faulty, or damaged, provided that the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, clearly unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with at least 2 photos on the item(s) if damaged. Ensure that the item(s) are packaged carefully and a certificate of posting is obtained from the Post Office (no cost) or use a trackable courier service such as Hermes. Ensure your name and address are enclosed together with your item(s). Please make sure your item(s) is posted within 3 working days of making contact and agreeing to return the item(s).
Please note, refunds will not be given until the item(s) has/have been received safely.
Unfortunately we cannot refund return delivery charges or the postage cost when placing your order unless the item you received was incorrect, damaged or faulty.
To return any products please contact us. Please state the reason for returning, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Hatty’s Attic cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
